Alphabet Polska is responsible for financing and management of electric fleet of 250 BMW i3’s. Cars are being made available to Varsovians as part of the largest in Poland and one of the largest in Europe electric carsharing services under the name of innogy go!
As part of the service launched on April 3rd this year by innogy, residents of Warsaw will be able to use as many as 500 electric BMW i3, including 30 in the i3s sports version - half of them all delivered by Alphabet. In parallel with the car sharing service, the vehicle fleet infrastructure in Warsaw will also be developed, which will cover a total of 250 publicly available charging stations.

The undertaking to deliver such a large number of electric vehicles was achieved thanks to close cooperation within the BMW Group. The decision to choose the i3 model by innogy is the result of preferences of the capital's residents. Last year, a pilot service was conducted, in which this model was the most popular among the four car brands made available to users.
This spectacular innogy go! project it is not only the first fully electric carsharing in Warsaw and one of the largest in Poland, but also a huge leap in the development of the idea of sharing vehicles in Polish market.
According to the Keralla Institute data from the end of 2018, the fleet of all carsharing cars in Poland had 3082 vehicles, of which 1,300 cars were used in the capital. With the introduction of innogy go! this number will increase by almost 40 percent and innogy will become the third largest supplier of electric car sharing in Europe.
