Helmut Hoidn has been associated with the BMW Group for over 30 years, in which he held positions related to auditing and finance. For the last 4 years he was the CFO at BMW Bank in Russia, and in the years 2006-2009 he was the Finance and Administration Director at BMW Polska.
Aymeric Poilpot has been associated with the BMW Group for over ten years, during which he held managerial and executive positions in BMW Finance in France and BMW Bank in Germany. From 1 January 2017, Aymeric Poilpot joined the Alphabet Polska team as the Chief Financial Officer, replacing Christian Hoeltl, who after five years in Poland returned to Munich to accept new duties at the Group's headquarters.
Michał Chudzik has several years of experience in the Car Fleet Management industry. He started his professional career in 2001 at Masterlease, and in 2003 joined the Alphabet team (then ING Car Lease).
From that time Michał Chudzik held sales positions, from 2010 as directors, and from 2014 he was the head of the entire Sales and Marketing Department to officially take up this position in December 2015 after the approval of his candidacy by the Alphabet headquarters in Munich.
Iwona Mitek has been associated with the leasing industry for several years, and she gained experience in managing operational structures at BPH Leasing, Jones Lang LaSalle and Promedica24 among others. During her career, she also held director positions at Impuls Leasing and Handlowy-Leasing.
Iwona Mitek has been managing the Operating Department at Alphabet Polska since 2017, which includes teams responsible for technical service, logistics and services, purchases and BPM.
