Responsible behavior in accordance with the law is of key importance to the BMW Group corporate regulations and is the basis for the long-term success of our company.

Compliance Code has been created to show the scope and main issues related to compliance with legal requirements applicable to the BMW Group, as well as to highlight the binding nature of these requirements.

The principles set out in this document apply to transactions and activities undertaken in relations with colleagues, clients, suppliers, business partners as well as public authorities. The Code of Compliance is applicable on a global scale, in all locations and for all BMW Group units (including Alphabet).
