Each user of the Alphabet car can log into the application using the registration number and the registration date of his vehicle, which are easily accessible in the car's documents. Thanks to this, you gain access to the data of your contract, such as the date of its beginning and completion, the limit of kilometers, etc. and to additional functions, among others quick notification of damage.
The new AlphaGuide system consists of the following sections:
- On the road - where we can find, among others travel calendar, gas station search engine, damage information and tickets;
- My lease / rent - in this part users can access contract information, Drivers Portal and additional information including for example foreign travel;
- Products and services - this section includes a mechanical workshop search engine, the possibility of reporting damage from the application level, information on inspections and tire replacement;
- Contact - here the user will find all the information necessary to contact Alphabet Polska and can easily reach our 24-hour assistance via one click.
AlphaGuide is available free of charge on the App Store and Google Play for users of iOS and Android devices.
