Vehicle logistics
Logistics services offered by Alphabet include, among others, registering, handing out and returning the vehicles of your choice.
Alphabet Polska will handle all formal aspects of the vehicle purchase and registration for you. When obtaining the car, each driver in your fleet will be provided with:
- vehicle registration book
- Alphabet Assistance contact details
- Alphabet driver's card with useful user information.
If you cannot return the vehicles at one of the locations indicated by Alphabet, we can arrange for the cars to be collected from you. All details of the procedure will be provided to you in advance to ensure a swift and smooth handover of the cars.
You can also use our services in the door-to-door system, with the cars being both collected from and returned to you whenever any maintenance and repair services or a winter/summer tyre switch is required.
