Leased cars are considered to be ‘on loan’. At the start of the contract, we agree on the terms of the lease, including the mileage limit and lease duration. We have two main types of lease package for business mobility: Financial Lease and Full Operational Lease. Alphabet provides you with the Full Operational Lease.

Full Operational Lease means your contract will include a fixed monthly fee that covers all the costs involved with using a lease car. We would be happy to provide more information on our lease rates and the costs they cover.

Calculate, order and manage your lease car online

You or your employees can use a personal access code to select a new lease car based on the agreements you have made with Alphabet. While drivers can then see real-time information from the lease contract, you as an employer can consult management reports and quickly approve orders. We call this tool Fleet Agent: a platform that enables you to access all data anywhere, any time – even on your smartphone.

Time is a commodity. The less time you have to spend on repairs, maintenance and minor damage, the better. 

Comprehensive solution

As soon as your lease car requires maintenance, Alphabet will send you a notification and arrange an appointment with your local franchised dealer. Alphabet offers a free pick-up and return service for your car at an agreed location and time.
