Based in Farnborough, Hampshire, we manage over 131,000 fleet vehicles in the UK while internationally Alphabet operates in 31 countries and manages over 700,000 vehicles.

Meet the Alphabet Exec Team

Spencer Halil

Spencer joined Alphabet in February 2021. He was previously Director of ALPHERA (part of the BMW Group) where he led the company in the UK for five years, taking the company through a period of explosive growth.

With over 20 years of experience within the motor finance industry, he brings with him extensive knowledge across broader financial services, invaluable experience in multi-make brands and a strong network.

Ursula Wingfield

Ursula took on the role of Chief Financial Officer for Alphabet in November 2021 in addition to her responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer for BMW Financial Services, a position she has held since August 2020.

Ursula is well acquainted with Alphabet, having previously spent five years as CEO of Alphabet in Germany.

Chris Sinclair

Chris joined the Alphabet Executive Team as Head of Compliance in May 2022. Prior to this, he spent six years as Chief Risk Officer for BMW Financial Services.

With over 27 years’ experience in the automotive finance industry, Chris brings considerable experience and expertise to the role. He first joined Alphabet in 1997 and has since held several risk and finance-related roles in the BMW Group.

Chantal Gorman

Chantal joined the company during the integration of Alphabet and ING in 2011.

With 25 years’ experience in the vehicle leasing industry, Chantal beings a wealth of financial management to the role. She previously worked in almost all areas of Finance within Alphabet including Controlling/Financial planning, Information Management, Underwriting and Collections, giving her invaluable experience and insight into our financial management.

Sacha Imamkhan

Sacha has worked for Alphabet for over 8 years, joining Alphabet GB in August 2018. She previously worked at Alphabet International in Munich, Germany as Project Manager for New Markets and had been at ING Lease before its merger with Alphabet.
