We would like to assure you that – despite the current exceptional circumstances triggered by COVID-19 – Alphabet International and all Alphabet Markets will work closely with you to mitigate any negative effects.
Our first priority is to ensure the health and safety of our people and everyone we interact with – our families, communities, and of course our customers. Therefore and in line with official international travel restrictions, we have decided to reduce physical meetings to the absolute essential and will make use of Skype/virtual meetings wherever possible. Remote working is maximized by Alphabet International and the Alphabet Markets in order to ensure availability and support.
Alphabet now received information of several of its suppliers that production has been stopped. Further, due to state regulations and other circumstances, in some Alphabet Markets services provided by Alphabet and/or performed with the assistance of service partners are limited. As a result, Alphabet may not be able to operate standard processes and may have to suspend performance under its contracts temporarily. Rest assured that Alphabet will use best efforts to mitigate any negative effects for you. Please understand that we cannot make any binding commitments in this situation.
If you are a customer of Alphabet OneNet we would like to inform you that all our cooperation partners have put business continuity measures into place and report as-of-today no limitations in their operations.
