New COO at Alphabet International

MUNICH 25/07/2017 – Melanie Schillinger will take on the position of Chief Operations Officer at Alphabet International, the leading provider of outstanding Business Mobility in Europe, Australia and China. In this position from 1 September, she will be in charge of IT, Business Process Management and Operations of all 19 Alphabet markets.

Melanie started her career at BMW Bank in Munich in 1992, gaining experience in different fields of the business, such as Operations, Banking and Quality Management. In addition, she had the responsibility for Customer Support in leasing and financing. As Head of Customer Service for the Direct Banking division, she was in charge of asset management and led various strategy and IT projects. Subsequently Melanie moved into the Corporate Quality division of BMW AG where she steered customer and dealer satisfaction in the area of Quality Management. For the past two years, Melanie has been successfully heading up Finance and Shared Services at the BMW Welt.
