We at Alphabet have been monitoring the developments very closely and I would like to take a moment to provide you with an update on how our company has been responding to the COVID-19 crisis.
In unusual times not everything always runs smoothly. Thanks to your great feedback and your understanding, we have been able to adapt to the new conditions very well, though.
What has stood out most in this time was in fact the quality of relationships and our ability to continue our communication during the pandemic. I am convinced that the shared experience we are going through at the moment has allowed us to grow together even more and I truly believe that we as a company are provided with a chance for gaining valuable knowledge for the future to #StartTheRestart.
Despite all of its challenging sides, the COVID-19 pandemic is also an opportunity for us to devote attention to adapt our processes flexibly to the situation. Furthermore, we have also been confirmed in our corporate philosophy, which is now more true than ever: there is no one-size-fits-all in business mobility. By that I mean that the COVID-19 crisis is a highly individual journey for each country, each industry and even each business, that has to be met with equally individual and differentiated solutions.
