The hassle-free Business Mobility solution also promotes more sustainable mobility options. After thorough testing by pilot clients in recent months, AlphaFlex is now available in Belgium from today.
While other innovations from Alphabet, such as AlphaElectric and AlphaCity, focus predominantly on cars, AlphaFlex takes a different approach – though all Alphabet products are easy to combine. AlphaFlex allows users to select the mobility form that best suits their needs on a case-by-case basis. Options range from lease car, including a variety of drive systems, to rental services, to company bicycles, to public transport, to taxis. Both companies and employees benefit from the mobility budget solution in a multitude of ways. Today, fleet managers require measures for enhanced cost control. AlphaFlex facilitates this by providing a real-time overview of mobility costs on the online platform. The product is also hassle-free. Companies can simply set a single mobility policy for all employees and Alphabet takes care of the administration. Another plus: By letting employees choose which form of transport to take based on their professional needs and budget, employees automatically make more cost-efficient decisions. Thus, AlphaFlex can help companies attract and retain talent. Each participating employee is allocated a mobility budget they may spend on the means of transport of their choice. Used in combination with a mobility app, users always have a transparent, real-time overview of their personal mobility budget, including the current balance and the amount used. A convenient payment system, the Mobility Card, is also integral to the AlphaFlex solution. Employees simply use it to pay for for transport options and mobility services, such as public transport, parking, tolls, refuelling, taxi rides and the car wash. Further, the product favourably influences a company’s image and carbon footprint by giving employees access to sustainable forms of transport, such as cycling and public transport, in addition to a car.
AlphaFlex is also currently available in the Netherlands. The product will be launched in additional Alphabet markets in the future.
